EzVoice is a full-featured voice mail / answering machine software. It runs on your personal computer and picks up your phone calls while you are away. This software provides built-in address book which lets you set up different greetings for your callers and pre-screen calls. It contains 10 configurable voice mail boxes, E-mail like graphical user interface, easy to use folder organizer, simple greeting setup, caller ID display and convenient remote message retrieval with dual password protection. Its clear instruction will free you from remembering all procedures. In addition, this application will let you add notes to your voice messages and address book entries. Further more the powerful search engine will enable you to find important messages and contact addresses efficiently.
EzVoice is feature-rich yet easy-to-use. Its design has borrowed some up-to-date techniques from the latest researches in human computer interactions. EzVoice user interfaces have been carefully studied and designed in such a way that the user"s mental work has been significantly reduced and most of the users have reported that they can start running EzVoice to answer phone calls within one to five minutes after the downloading. |
