RentBoss ist ein Programm zur Hauseigentumsverwaltung mit einer modernen Benutzeroberflache die speziell fur kleinere bis mittlere Verwaltungsaufgaben angepasst ist. Es verfugt uber eine einzigartige Mietvertrags-Ablage. Die Software ist ausserst intuitiv und sehr leicht zu bedienen. Die Benutzerschnittstelle wurde im Hinblick auf die standige Verfugbarkeit aller wichtigen Informationen fur den Eigentumer hin entworfen. Mit schnellen Such/Sortier-Optionen, mehreren spezialisierten Helfern sowie einer Papierkorbfunktion hat der Eigentumer mit Hilfe von RentBoss alle Datensatze seiner Wohnungen, Hauser oder Apartmentkomplexe fest im Griff. So enthalt das Mietermodul Angaben wie Name, Adresse, Sozialversicherungsnummer, Wohnungsbelegung, Mietzahlung, Familienmitglieder/Untermieter, Fotos, bisherige Anfragen/Beschwerden und Bemerkungen. Das Gebaudemodul liefert Informationen uber Mieteinheiten, Lage, Miethohe, Grosse, aktueller Status, Fotos usw. Dieses Modul ist mit einem Gebaude-"Wizard" ausgestattet, der das Hinzufugen von neuen Wohneinheiten auf schnelle und einfache Weise ermoglicht. Gerade Verwalter mit einer Vielzahl von Einheiten ist dies sehr wichtig. Die Module fur Einnahmen und Ausgaben machen genau das was ihr Name besagt. Ausser Instandhaltung und Unterhaltungskosten verfolgt RentBoss alle
anfallenden Lohn- und Auftragskosten. Das Arbeitsverfolgungs-Modul wird fur die Planung und Verfolgung von abgeforderten Arbeitsaufgaben, oder um neue Aufgaben auf die To-Do-Liste zu
setzen, verwendet. Um sicher zu stellen, da? der Eigentumer einen auslaufenden Miet-/Pachtvertrag oder zu spate Mietzahlungen nicht ubersieht, enthalt RentBoss eine nutzliche Erinnerungsfunktion. Ein weiteres wichtiges Merkmal ist das eingebaute Berichts-Modul. Eigentumsverwalter konnen hier
